Core
Mountain climber: how to do it with good form
Mountain climbers train the core and raise the heart rate — good as a warm-up or in intervals.
How to do it
- 1
Start in a high plank with your hands under your shoulders.
- 2
Drive one knee towards your chest.
- 3
Switch legs quickly, as if running in place.
- 4
Keep your hips low and back flat.
Common mistakes
- Hips rising into the air.
- Shoulders drifting behind the hands.
- Losing form as you speed up.
